Tomatin have been adventurous with their cask finishing in the last decade. After nine years in ex-Bourbon barrels this release was finished for a further three years in first-fill Amontillado sherry butts. Expect rich flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, espresso and a hint of nut. 5,400 bottles are on offer. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
