2006 Signatory Vintage The Un-Chillfiltered Collection Unnamed Orkney 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Produced at a 'mystery' Orkney distillery and matured in two refill ex Sherry butts for 15 years. In 2021 it was bottled at 46%. Almost certainly a Highland Park, which invariably goes well with sherry, which also means the price/age ratio is pretty extraordinary here when compared with what you'd pay for offical age statement bottlings. Very limited stocks.
