2005 Claxton's The Single Cask Tomintoul 15 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Located within the stunning Glenlivet Estate, Tomintoul produces a medium sweet, classic Speyside distillate with a light, floral and malty character. This middle aged expression was drawn from a single sherry butt.

Notes from Claxton's... On the nose it's vibrant, floral and very fruity. On the palate it sings of strawberries and cream. It reminds me of the classic pudding Eton mess, sweet, sugary and chewy sweets sure to cause fruity salivation. A medium finish with a hint of banana and candy floss. Reminds me of walking along the pier at the summer fair. 56.6% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
