First released in the 1980s, Diageo are now marketing it heavily in Asia. The aroma of Glen Ord’s new make spirit is said to smell like a freshly cut lawn, the result of a clear wort, long fermentation, a high cut point and copper rich distillation. Cadenhead's Small Batch selection comes matured in a bourbon hogshead and a sherry butt. Official tasting notes read, "Rye toast, blackcurrants and butterscotch. And finishes with treacle toffee, rock salt and dried fruits." Bottled in 2018 from an outturn of 954 bottles 56.5% Alc./Vol.
