A super limited 13 year old from one of our favourite distileries. Bottle at cask strength and matured in a Bourbon cask with only 197 bottles available worldwide.

Tasting note: Bright straw gold. Butter menthol lozenge and green tea; second pass hints at kelp, lanolin; final inspection releases tobacco ash, cigar box and soft cheese rind. Light entry preludes a delicately peppered, slow motion surge of oily, sweet, smokey barley sugar. Finish is fresh, lively and highlights the peat as pickled ginger, iodine and sweet smoke. Ends long, lightly kippery with late oils and hints of cough lozenge. Huge personality. Outstanding. 63.9% Alc./Vol.
