Notes from the bottlers... The malt spent most of it's life in an American oak cask, before an additional finish in an ex-sauternes (sweet white wine) cask. Expect a vibrant nose of green apples and honeydew melon, with a bright palate of grapefruit and citrus zest, gentle spice and ginger with a touch of cereal. The finish is generous and shows a touch of coastal quality. 49.5% Alc./Vol. 258 bottles. Non chill filtered.
