1995 Tomatin Oloroso Sherry Cask 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

We have a very limited allocation of what is the pinnacle in a trifecta of limited editions from Tomatin for 2016 (the others being the Caribbean Cask and Cabernet Finish). Distilled in 1995, this expression was initially matured in refill Bourbon casks, before spending three final years in Oloroso Sherry hogsheads. Just over 1,900 bottles have been produced.

Expect flavours of heavy dried fruits, rich sherry, honeyed oak spice and dark chocolate with an almost waxy mouthfeel. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
