1994 Silver Seal Whisky Company Le Quattro Stagioni Pluscarden Valley 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Pluscarden is actually a distillery (otherwise known as Miltonduff) situated in the Pluscarden Glen near Pluscarden abbey, close to Elgin in Scotland. Earlier, Miltonduff was operating at the same location under another name: "Mosstowie", which was closed in 1981. At that time, the spirit was made with Lomond stills, described as "…a variant of the pot still developed in 1955, which makes it possible to produce stronger, oilier whiskies”, though this latter point is disputed.

This whisky is part of a new series under Silver Seal Whisky Co's "Whisky is Classical Collection". A tribute to Vivaldi's Four Seasons,"Le quattro Stagioni", it was distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2015. 45.7% Alc./Vol. 356 bottles released.
