Here's a kind of Cambus you don't often see - cask strength but matured in a single refill Sherry butt for 25 years. 431 bottles have been released by Signatory at 50.3% Alc./Vol. Considering Diageo's official 40 year old fetched well over $1000 a few years back, Signatory deliver the goods yet again with a more than affordable and well-aged single grain. Remember also that Cambus came to a close in 1993 as part of Diageo’s infrastructure reorganisation, so this liquid is relatively rare.
