Oloroso is a sherry wine made from Palomino grapes, originating from the Spanish provence of Jerez. The typical characteristics are a nuttier, slightly dryer sherry style with notes of spice, leather and old wood. This particular Hogshead has delivered tones of almonds, rich mocha, treacle tart and fresh ginger upon the 31-year-old spirit held within. 47.8% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 334 bottles.
