Crafted at Scotland’s northernmost distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, Highland Park owes its distinctive character to the island's unique environment. Unlike the heavy, medicinal, and maritime profiles typical of Islay or mainland whiskies, Highland Park utilizes centuries-old, tree-less peat composed entirely of heather and roots. This results in a remarkably aromatic, subtly sweet smoke. These three expressions: Land of Orkney (14 Year Old), Sea of Orkney (16 Year Old), and Sky of Orkney (18 Year Old), form part of Highland Park’s exclusive Travel Retail collection. Inspired by the natural elements of the distillery's remote island home, each expression offers a distinct flavour profile shaped by different cask marriages.
