Three new releases from Heathcote's Syrahmi including a 2024 Top 100 Halliday Wine

The name Syrahmi combines "Syrah", the French word for Shiraz, and "Ami", meaning friend, symbolizing a "friendly Shiraz". Founded in 2004 by former chef Adam Foster, Syrahmi began with a small batch of fruit from Heathcote. Each year, fruit is carefully sourced from different vineyards in the Heathcote region, with the wines named uniquely to reflect each vintage.
