Tasting note: Polished copper. Smoked almonds, water biscuit then later suggestions of dates and strawberry sponge cake. Aeration further accents the sweet notes with hints of honey and cocoa in the mix. Delicious! Mildly bittersweet, filling out with intense spicy dried fruits by mid palate.
