An extraordinary wine, one of the great examples of Pedro Ximenez. This is the perfect wine for chocolate cake addicts. Very deep sienna brown colour with distinct olive green edges. Wonderful nose of molasses, treacle, honeyed raisins, toffee and caramel. The palate is totally mouthfilling and has a velvet smooth texture and exceptionally fine spirit. Explosive flavours of honeyed raisins, molasses, caramel, toffee, and fresh liquorice which just lasts and lasts on the aftertaste. What an experience!
