Pours with a white frothy mousse that shows good hold. Very pale straw base wine colour with an exceptionally fine and very persistent bead. Pear and apple aromas dominate the nose with some light sherbet notes also present. Light and fresh, lively pear and apple flavours overlay some delicate tropical fruits and sherbet. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, ripe apple and sherbet.
