Williams Great British Extra Dry Gin (700ml)

Chase distil their Naked vodka from cider made from organically grown apples, they then distil their gin from the vodka. This "Juniper led" version is slightly drier than others, reportedly created with the G&T loving Spanish in mind.

Tasting note: Crystal clear. Fresh and lifted with a juniper and citrus peel focus shifting towards nashi pear / apple in later stages plus hints of nutmeg. Light entry features dried herb and juniper at mid palate followed by spicy dried apple and a late burst of ginger; Indian spices and subtle liquorice notes carry into the drying fade.
