A gin infused with subtle flavours from the distillery's own honey supply as their backyard bees visit local flowers. According to the producers, it gives the gin a deliciously sweet and floral aroma that sets it apart. Lifted, juniper and citrus forward aromas exhibit good freshness, following in a light to middle-weight palate; Lemon mousse, white pepper and lemon sorbet flavours continue through to a lemon honey and chamomile tea aftertaste.
