Wildbrumby Schnapps Distillery is situated between Jindabyne and Thredbo in Australia’s Snowy Mountains. They make a diverse range of schnapps.

Pink Lady apples were developed in Western Australia, hence the producers consider this an Australian schnapps style. Pink Ladies are a naturally sweeter variety and it shows in this liqueur.

Tasting note: Crystal clear, slightly viscous appearance. Opens perfumed and candied with sweet scents of toffee apple. Turns oddly strawberry milk shake like after several minutes in the glass. Further inhalations find the bouquet reminiscent of sweet apple cider. A creamy entry is followed by a broad, flaccid, confected apple-pie profile that concludes flabby and without great length.
