An unusual sight in Australia, the producers say, "It takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey." The water comes from the "Widow Jane Limestone Mine" in Rosendale, New York, which is even richer in minerals than the pure waters of Kentucky. Some reports say this drinks like a much, much older whiskey (read 20-year old). One only to sell.
