White Possum Naked Maraschino Liqueur (500ml)

An intense cherry liqueur that fuses traditional Italian Maraschino flavours with a smattering of Australian desert peaches (aka quandongs). The result of over two years of experiments and trials, sour cherries are first crushed into a paste and then slowly fermented over many weeks to extract maximum flavour. This 'cherry wine' is then distilled in a pot still then rested and aged in a small vat. Finally, a rich infusion of quandongs contributes a distinctly fruity aroma, alongside a couple of other herbs and roots. Offered at a high ABV to preserve intensity, zero filtration takes place before bottling, so you may notice some sediment and oils that may drift out of the liqueur over time.
