White Possum Naked Coffee Liqueur (500ml)

An unashamedly sweet and intense coffee liqueur with a thick velvety texture, and at an accessible price point. Designed specifically for mixing into caffeine-heavy cocktails, it packs in plenty of flavour for its relatively low alcohol content. To make it, White Possum's team partnered with the Small Batch Roasting Co. in North Melbourne. They not only supply freshly roasted coffee beans, but also collect spent coffee grounds from their cafe. The grounds are dumped straight from the coffee machine into a refrigerated container to retain as much flavour as possible before they're whisked away to be infused in spirit for over a month. Finally, several generous handfuls of dried wattleseed are added to impart a nutty, slightly cacao-like flavour. The final elixir contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
