Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Sweet and layered, led by glacé cherry and maraschino notes, followed by toasted almonds, apple tart, bubblegum, and maple syrup. Palate: Structured and characterful, with smoky oak, brown sugar, sharp orange zest, ground white pepper, and toasted wood. Finish: Medium to long, with warming pepper and lingering oak spice.
