This is the natural, cask strength version of a whisky going by the same name and age statement. As the West Cork Distillers was built in 2007, we can assume that it's a sourced whiskey. Named after the most Southern point in Ireland, it comes matured initially for 14 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel before being finished for six months in a Sherry cask. 56% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
