Weis Plum Brandy (500ml)

A traditional Yugoslavian specialty where it's referred to as Slivovitz, plum brandies are also made in Serbia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. In Germany and Switzerland they're referred to as eaux de vies or fruit brandies. One such example is Weis, which is distilled from the blue oat plum, aged for at least three years and rounded off with pure plum juice. In Eastern Europe, these spirits are normally enjoyed at room temperature. Alternatively, try them chilled as an aperitif or add a dash to your next glass of sparkling wine. 40% Alc./Vol.
