Von Hallers Gin (500ml)

Albrecht von Haller founded the Old Botanical Garden of Göttingen University in 1736 from where the botanicals used for this gin have been sourced. Halleria Lucidia, German ginger and lemon verbena are handpicked and shipped to The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland where the gin is created.

Tasting note: Powerful, complex and warming aromas of orris root, pine sap, ripe juniper, lemon grass and late chamomile. Follows through with a peppery delivery and flavours of juniper, menthol, lemon peel, thyme and lingering ginger heat. A fresh, spiced up London Dry style. Best tempered with tonic. 44% Alc./Vol.
