Vedrenne Liqueur de Banane (Banana) Liqueur (700ml)

Vedrenne's banana liqueur is made with a combination of banana distillate and banana juice. The base spirit is produced from sun-dried bananas via a Charentais still, steam-heated at a low temperature to ensure the fruit's full aromatics are preserved. Its flavour blends particulalry well with rum, while popular cocktails include the Banana Daiquiri, Banana Boulevardier and the Dirty Banana. In cooking, add a splash to your pan when caramelising bananas (alongside rum and butter) for an ultra-rich sauce. You can also drizzle it over vanilla ice cream, or stir it into banana bread batter before baking. 25% Alc./Vol.
