Vedrenne preference the 'Royal' apricot variety, named in tribute to Louis XVII and chosen for its high sugar content and delicate flavour. The final liqueur includes an infusion of Madagascan vanilla. 15% Alc./Vol.
Notes from the producers... Colour: golden orange. Scent: fully ripened fruit, sweet with a slight tang. Flavour: smooth and silky, sun-dried ripe apricot with a pleasant touch of acidity.
