Vedrenne Creme de Pamplemousse (Pink Grapefruit) Liqueur (700ml)

Vedrenne distill the whole fruit of this subtropical citrus in a steam heated Charenteis still, which seems to work in capturing its pleasantly tart character. Bottled at a relatively low 15%, this is also surprisingly light and dry for a creme, offering a snappy burst of delightfully zesty pink grapefruit flavours with a mildly bitter, acidic finish. A fresh, Summery liqueur that's true to the fruit.
