Made from an infusion of Cantal chestnuts - a cooperative with a collection of more than 20 historic chestnuts. Included in this liqueur are the rich Savoye, Verdale and Paquette varieties. It makes a versatile ingredient that adds a warm, nutty, and slightly smoky profile to both drinks and desserts, pairing perfectly with coffee and dark spirits.
