Good white creamy mousse with straw pale gold base wine. Very fine, very persistent bead. Aromas of yeast lees, biscuit, baked bread and toast. Bone dry palate with delicate flavours of toasty earthy mineral with some almond end notes. Very dry clean crisp finish with aftertaste of toast, mineral and baked bread.
