Made from hand sliced whole bourbon vanilla beans, macerated in American wheat vodka.

Tasting note: Pale straw gold colour shows some viscosity. The sustained vanilla custard bouquet offers reasonable intensity, developing in the glass and following through to a light, creamy, dryish palate with an initial vanilla burst turning keenly dry towards the finish. Gentle spirit warmth continues into the subdued, chalky fade. Vanilla and nougat aftertaste. Pure and nicely poised. Would love to see it at a higher proof. 35% Alc./Vol.
