Pours with a heady white mousse. Very pale straw colour finely threaded by a delicate bead. Aromas of red apples and pears are trailed by some light baked characters and subtle lemon sherbet notes. Fluffy in its feel the palate has flavours of juicy red apples and pears over lemon sherbet infusions. Dry crisp, refreshing finish with a medium length aftertaste. A good value quaffer.
