Very pale straw colour base wine with fine persistent bead and moderate mousse that disappears quite quickly. Aromas of baked apple, spice and a touch of sherbert. The palate displays flavours of citrus, spice, baked apple and mineral – lacking persistence. Clean crisp finish with moderate aftertaste of baked apple and citrus.
