Measured by production capacity, Tomatin remains one of the top ten malt distilleries in Scotland. It's never been a high profile single malt, instead, most of its output has traditionally been reserved for blends like Antiquary and The Talisman. Their new, strikingly packaged 'Signature' edition is a lightly-peated Highlander, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and virgin oak casks. Distilled every Winter, expect notes of vanilla, cinnamon, apples, raisins and delicate citrus above a background of soft peat smoke. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
