Tasting note: Amber gold, this extra-old Anejo is a blend of the finest aged stocks from La Estacada. Similar on the nose to Tierra Noble's standard Anejo, only more vanilla-heavy, it evolves with suggestions of pipe tobacco, roasted nuts, crunchie bar and hints of menthol. Light-weight, with lots of wood coming through, the finish is gently astringent leaving you with hints of roasted agave, pine nuts and vanilla. Aged for up to 85 months. 40% Alc./Vol.
