Tasting note: Opening round of sniffing detects scents of woody, piney juniper, citrus peel, light coriander and trace anise combined with menthol freshness. Palate flavours are well integrated in a medium bodied, creamy melting pot of juniper, lemon oregano, thyme and cardamon. Finish sees the oily citrus and pepper notes take charge. Ends lemon lozenge-like, long and perfectly balanced.
Non chill filtered, so it may louche. 47.4% Alc./Vol.
