New for 2022 and celebrating 30 years of Tasmanian Whisky, Lark's latest release sees their malt finished in Australia’s coveted Seppeltsfield Tokay casks. As you'd expect, the result makes for a rich and robust marriage; creamy coffee jumps from the glass, layered with vanilla custard buttery fudge. Honeyed dates are found on the palate alongside chocolate coffee beans, and hints of tea and tobacco, finished with cookies and cream. We have a limited allocation from the 440 bottles produced. 54% Alc./Vol.
