'Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished II' was created in the mirror image of Lark's 2020 release which was awarded Gold and 95 points at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2020.

The 2021 edition is an outturn of 2200 bottles, created from whiskies matured in first fill ex sherry casks (oloroso and PX) sourced from Seppeltsfield in South Australia. 51% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... Nose: Wonderfully full, sweet, and aromatic. Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate covered candied ginger. Palate: Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak. Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity. Finish: Long, warm, and woody. Raisins, candied peel, dark chocolate, and old saddle leather.
