The Lane Lois Blanc de Blancs

White creamy mousse with very pale straw base wine colour. Very fine moderately persistent bead. The nose displays lifted white peach aromas followed by a touch of citrus and grapefruit. The palate displays a very creamy texture with flavours of white peach, citrus and light biscuit. Clean finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew and biscuit.
