The Gospel return to the wheated road in this limited edition Project Release where their signature Mallee Rye is bridled by the softness of Malt Wheat and the subtle sweetness of Crystal Wheat Malt. Three years in a charred American oak barrel bring a touch of vanilla and notes of toasted timber. 51% Alc./Vol.
Notes from the producers... The nose is reminiscent of candied apples and cherry cola, and the palate is rich with allspice and nutmeg taking centre stage. A bold yet composed whiskey, best shared with friends.
