This single-cask builds on the original Legacy with the same marriage of grains: 63% unmalted Mallee Rye, 32% Australian Corn, and 5% Malted Barley. Matured for three years in a heavy-toast, medium-char cask, it draws depth from the rye’s spice, corn’s sweetness, and malt’s gentle warmth, all shaped by the oak.
