The Glenturret 2024 Release 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

2020 marked the maiden release of Glenturret's 12 year old. The launch garnered renewed interest in the distillery, bolstered by the involvement of x-Macallan head, Bob Dalgarno, who took over whisky production. The distillery continues to offer its core range annually. The 2024 release 12 year old comes matured in PX & Oloroso seasoned European & American oak casks and lands at an unusual 46.4% Alc./Vol.

Tarry barrel char, candied orange, vanilla-frosted cupcake, and steeped black tea on the nose. The palate is soft and nicely spiced with baked apples, cinnamon, and a hint of banana.
