The Farmer's Wife Warm Winter Gin (700ml)

Now in a larger format but following the same recipe, Kylie Sepos creates this Winter expression using her original gin as a base, then leaving it to mature in a former peated whisky barrel sourced from Black Gate Distillery. During the ageing process the gin’s thirteen signature botanicals evolve as the flavour enriched staves impart both character and depth to the recipe. The result is a rich, floral smoked gin with hints of candied citrus that's smooth and warming, all the way to the finish. Its smokey opulence makes for the perfect Negroni or Gin Old Fashioned, however Kylie prefers it simply neat over ice by the fire, or mixed with a quality ginger beer. 48% Alc./Vol.
