'Island Flower Gin' is inspired by co-founder Kate's travels to Southern Japan & the Okinawa Islands. Its pink tint is achieved by a maceration of hibiscus flowers post-distillation (Hibiscus are a symbol of Okinawa and bloom all year round). One shot pot distilled from Australian grape spirit, the aroma offers base notes of juniper and coriander, accented with the sweetness of dried apples, fig, date, hibiscus flower & highlights of zingy lemon.
