Teerenpeli Pyy Gin (500ml)

Commencing operation in 2002, Teerenpeli's gin followed the launch of their single malts, rather than the other way around. In fact, they didn't release a gin until September 2016. With a name derived from the owner's last name (Pyysing), it employs ten different botanicals including juniper berries, aromatic hops, local birch leaves and lingonberries.

Tasting note: Delightful spice-shop bouquet includes unusual aromas of fruit cake, clove, ginger, lemon peel, saffron and curry leaf. Follows in a sleek, pure, silky textured gin with flavours of juniper, cardamom, lemon thyme and fresh herbal notes dominating the delicately astringent finish. Distinctive. 45% Alc./Vol.
