Tamar Ridge Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvee

This sparkling pours with a white creamy mousse showing good head and hold. Pale gold base colour with exceptionally fine bead showing excellent persistence. Excellent nose with aromas of yeast lees, brioche, baked bread and cashew. The palate displays flavours of yeast lees, baked bread, citrus and toast. Creamy texture with a clean crisp dry finish and long aftertaste of lees, baked bread and cashew.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
