Taltarni Dynamic Brut Cuvee

A frothy white mousse sits atop a pale straw coloured base that has a steady stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it. Aromas of pear, baked bread, citrus and yeast lees float through the nostrils. Refreshing pear, citrus and baked bread flavours have a gentle creamy feel with some yeast characters lying in the background. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a generous open knit conclusion. Excellent value.
