Excellent creamy purple mousse that shows good persistence. Deep purple crimson red base wines colour with very fine bead showing good persistence. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and dark plums with a dark chocolate overtone. Youthful palate flavours of dark plum, blackberry and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of ripe plum, blackberry and spice.
