Tasting note: [LOT 3/12 tasted] Bright, crystal clear appearance. Light cream at first, then tingly white pepper and suggestions of semi sweet cereals. Clean, lightly creamy entry develops into a svelte textured mid palate offering flavours of cocoa and barley sugar while avoiding being overly sweet. A pleasant spirit burst follows through to the balanced finish. Aftertaste is bone dry, clean and mildly peppery. 40% Alc./Vol.
