Another deeply coloured, well-aged Sullivan's Cove that will appeal to collectors. Matured for over 13 years in a 300L American oak cask previously used to age Tawny Port, TD0306 promises a contrast of sweet and savoury, juicy and spicy, bound and bolstered beautifully by impeccable structure and integration. The outturn was 418 bottles at 47.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
